My coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to create tangible, positive change in your professional life. While every client's journey is unique, the results typically fall into two key areas:

For Building Unshakeable Confidence, you will:

  • Gain profound clarity on your strengths and learn to overcome self-doubt or 'imposter syndrome'.
  • Develop a stronger leadership presence and communicate your ideas with greater impact and conviction.

For Creating Powerful Accountability, you will:

  • Translate your ambitions and ideas into a clear, actionable plan.
  • Develop the focus and discipline to follow through on your commitments, even when faced with distractions.

Each standard coaching session is 60 minutes.

This length is intentional. It provides us with enough time to move beyond surface-level updates and dive deep into the core challenges and opportunities you're facing. It's the ideal duration to explore your thinking, generate new insights, and create a clear action plan for the weeks ahead, all without feeling rushed. Every session is a dedicated, confidential space focused entirely on you and your objectives.


There is no 'one-size-fits-all' answer, as my coaching programmes are tailored to your specific goals. However, a typical and highly effective engagement is a six-month programme.

This timeframe allows us to build a strong, trusting partnership and work towards sustainable change, not just a quick fix. We would typically meet bi-weekly or monthly. This rhythm gives you time to apply what you've learned and take action between our sessions, ensuring the new insights and behaviours become truly embedded.

We'll design the perfect programme for you during our initial, no-obligation Clarity Call.


This is a very common question, and the great news is, you don't need to have the answer before we talk. The two are often deeply connected.

However, here’s a simple guide:

  • You may lean towards Confidence Coaching if you think: "I know what I should be doing, but I feel held back by self-doubt, a fear of failure, or a struggle to make my voice heard."
  • You may lean towards Accountability Coaching if you think: "I have great ideas and a clear vision, but I struggle to stay focused, I procrastinate on big tasks, or I find it hard to execute my plans consistently."

The most important thing to know is that our coaching process will uncover exactly where the focus needs to be. We'll untangle this together, starting from our very first conversation.


It’s an important distinction, and I am a firm believer in the power of both. My role as a professional coach is distinct from that of a therapist.

  • My Coaching (Forward-Looking & Action-Oriented): Our work is focused on your present and your professional future. We concentrate on your goals, ambitions, and potential. My role is to be your strategic thinking partner, helping you build confidence and holding you accountable to achieve your objectives. It's about closing the gap from where you are to where you want to be.
  • Therapy (Past-Focused & Healing-Oriented): Therapy is a healthcare service that often explores your past, experiences, and emotions to heal, understand behaviours, and improve your overall mental well-being.

While our coaching can have a profoundly positive impact on your well-being, my focus is strictly on professional coaching, not therapy. If we find that you might benefit from therapeutic support, I will always recommend that you seek a qualified therapist.

Our initial sessions will be a process of discovery. Through powerful questioning in a completely supportive and confidential space, we will work together to cut through the noise and identify what truly matters to you.
