With over 25 years of experience in the fields of psychology and coaching, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centred focus. I am a qualified Life Coach with a passion for my own self-development, as well as that of others. I believe no matter what age or background, we can all learn and add value to the world around us.

My approach is centred around helping my clients embrace self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. ACCOUNTABILITY - Do you have a goal, a dream or a task that is eating away at you? Something that you want to achieve but its just not happening? With our six week course, I will help you to identify the goal, explore the stoppers and develop a strategic plan that will empower you to take the action needed, with support throughout the whole six weeks. This course will help you move on in your career, self-development and confidence.
CONFIDENCE - Simply put, confidence is the trust and belief you have in yourself and your abilities. Lack of confidence can hold you back and prevent you from pursuing what it is that you would really like to achieve. With our one-hour course you will identify which area of confidence you want to strengthen and you will go away with an Action Plan to progress your self-development.
With our Confidence coaching and Accountability course you will have two follow-up sessions. This will allow you to evaluate and strengthen your new habits.
STRESS MANAGEMENT - If our emotions were on an even keel, we would all sail through life without any hassles. Stress, anxiety, a lack of confidence all tend to hold us back. Learn how to deal with these emotional blockers in your own way. Practice how to be able to take a step back out of the situation and handle whatever life is throwing at you, in a calm and controlled manner.
CAREER TRANSITIONS - I can help you create a career plan that aligns with your values, strengths, and goals. We will work together to identify your ideal career path and develop a strategy to achieve success.
PERSONAL COACHING - I offer personalised coaching services to help you identify and achieve your goals. Together, we will develop a plan to transform your life and create the future you desire.
TEAM COACHING - I offer group coaching sessions for organisations and teams who share common goals. This highlights teamwork and team building and identifies each person's role within the community.
